The safest first configuration

FMP's loaded defaults are intentionally strict: Automatic model pairing, Require HTF POI on, Require paired CISD on, higher-pair influence set to Weight, Neutral bias, and a Detailed monitor. Delivery windows are off until the user deliberately defines a session plan.

Begin by learning what the defaults display before changing what the model admits. Monitor placement, chart layers, the HTF candle stack, and history can reduce clutter. Bias, time windows, POI, paired CISD, and stage toggles can change which setups or alerts appear.

  • Use a documented Automatic timeframe pair
  • Keep HTF POI and paired CISD enabled while learning the model
  • Keep Bias neutral until a separate directional process is defined
  • Use Past setups = 0 for a clean live chart and 5–10 for deliberate review
