Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information you provide, including email, password hash, optional name, and TradingView username.
• Billing status and Stripe customer, checkout, invoice, price, and subscription identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not store full card numbers.
• Authentication, fulfillment, support, and security events needed to operate and protect your account.
• Basic request, device, referral, and campaign information used for security and privacy-conscious site analytics.

How we use it

• To operate the Site, fulfill TradingView access, and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional messages such as verification, password reset, billing, fulfillment, access-status, renewal, failed-payment, and support emails.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot the service, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We disclose data to service providers only as needed to run the Site, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, and transactional delivery; Stripe for checkout, payments, invoices, fraud prevention, and subscription management; and TradingView to grant the invite-only access you request. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the Site and its users. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights

You may update account and billing details through your account. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailingprivacy@davidovichequity.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required for security, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to appeal a denied request.

Retention

We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and for the period reasonably needed to provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Security audit records are generally kept for 12 months. Stripe may retain payment and transaction records under its own legal and compliance obligations.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to their contractual and legal protections.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the Site.
