Fractal Model Pro installation and access guide

Fractal Model Pro (FMP) is an invite-only TradingView script. It is not installed from a downloaded Pine file, browser extension, or desktop package. Access is attached manually to the TradingView username saved in your Davidovich Equity account.

This guide separates the website, fulfillment, and chart steps so you can identify exactly where a problem belongs.

FMP is a chart-reading and decision-support tool. Installation does not create a trading signal, place an order, choose position size, or guarantee a market outcome.

What you need before starting

Have these items ready:

1. A TradingView account and its exact profile username
2. A verified Davidovich Equity account
3. A recognized active FMP subscription
4. Access to the email address used for the Davidovich Equity account

The two accounts serve different jobs. Davidovich Equity records subscription and fulfillment status. TradingView hosts the invite-only indicator on the username that receives the grant.

The complete access path

The current workflow is:

Choose a plan → create and verify the website account → complete Stripe checkout → save a TradingView username → wait for the manual grant → confirm active status → add FMP inside TradingView

1. Create and verify the website account

Use the account that should own billing and access status. Email verification must complete before the authenticated workflow can be relied on.

If you already have an account, sign in instead of creating another one. Keeping checkout, billing, and the TradingView username on one customer record makes later support and cancellation safer.

2. Complete checkout

The pricing page offers monthly and annual billing for the same FMP plan. Stripe handles payment details; Davidovich Equity does not ask you to send card information through support.

Checkout establishes paid eligibility. It does not directly add the indicator to TradingView, because TradingView fulfillment is a separate manual action.

3. Save the exact TradingView username

Open your account and enter the username displayed on your TradingView profile. Use the username, not a display name, email address, profile URL, or broker login.

The saved value accepts letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens. If the username is changed later, the access workflow may need to remove the old grant and process the new name. Check the value carefully before saving.

4. Read the access status

The account page reports the current state:

Once checkout is complete and your TradingView username is on file, access is granted within 24 hours. That window reflects the manual fulfillment step; it is not described as instant.

5. Add FMP to a TradingView chart

Wait until the Davidovich Equity account says access is active. Then use TradingView's current indicator interface while signed in to the granted username and select Fractal Model Pro (FMP) from the invite-only scripts available to that account.

Confirm all of the following before troubleshooting:

• You are signed in to the same TradingView username shown on the account page.
• The Davidovich Equity status says access is active.
• You are selecting Fractal Model Pro, not a similarly named public script.
• You are not being asked to paste or disclose FMP source code.

If the account says active but FMP is not available through TradingView's indicator interface, contact support with the website-account email and the TradingView username. Do not include either account's password or an authentication code.

First chart check

For the first load, keep Model timeframe set to Automatic and use one of FMP's documented confirmation/model pairs:

The fast-chart extensions are 1 second/1 minute and 15 seconds/5 minutes. Automatic mode intentionally pauses on unsupported chart timeframes instead of silently rounding into another pair. The active chart runs one pair only; it does not import model state or bias from broader charts.

Confirm that the Model Monitor is visible. It identifies the active pairing and reports when the main engine is paused by an unsupported configuration. A chart without a current C2 or C3 label is not automatically broken; FMP prints model structure only when its qualified conditions occur.

Next, read FMP default settings before changing filters or display controls. Then use the first-chart workflow to read the indicator in a fixed order without turning labels into automatic trade instructions.

Troubleshooting by layer

Checkout completed, but no request appears

Make sure the TradingView username is saved in your account. Paid status and a username are both required to open the fulfillment request.

The status still says requested

Requested means the manual TradingView action has not yet been recorded as complete. Do not create duplicate accounts or repeatedly change the username. If the request is beyond the stated fulfillment window, contact support.

The account says active, but TradingView does not show FMP

Confirm the TradingView login matches the exact granted username. If it does, contact support with the two non-secret identifiers: the website-account email and TradingView username.

FMP loads, but the monitor says the model is paused

In Automatic mode, move to a documented chart timeframe. If using Manual or Custom mode, the selected model timeframe must be higher and tile the chart bars exactly; 1 week/1 month uses FMP's calendar-month exception.

FMP loads, but the chart is too busy

Do not change detection rules simply to reduce clutter. Start with display-only choices such as Monitor mode, C2/C3 stage visibility, the HTF candle stack, projection visibility, or retained history. The default-settings guide distinguishes display controls from filters that change which setups are admitted.

No alert was received

FMP's alert toggles decide which internal events are eligible. They do not replace the alert workflow provided by TradingView. Early-forming alerts are off by default, while C2, C3, and SMT alert categories are enabled under the master switch.

Billing changes and access removal

Cancellation is managed through the Stripe billing portal linked from the account. Access continues through the current paid period, then TradingView removal is scheduled as a manual, audited action.

Deleting an account is also safety-checked. Active billing is canceled first. If TradingView access has already been granted, the profile remains until an administrator records that the invite was removed; this prevents billing or access records from disappearing prematurely.

Security boundaries

Davidovich Equity support may need the email on the website account and the TradingView username. Support does not need:

• A Davidovich Equity or TradingView password
• A two-factor or email verification code
• A payment-card number
• A copy of proprietary Pine source
• Remote access to your device
